This community was formed during the 1990s, and is made up by some 30 people, with an active group of women who started to lead the community.

There are NGOs working in this community, so the church has focused on education, especially for small children in a new kindergarten which was built in 2004.

“Through the children we are getting to know the families”, explains Fr. Legnani. The existing parish church was restored and new land was bought for agricultural programs.
